You are invited to present an oral or poster presentation and to submit the Abstract as soon as possible. Two Abstracts can be submitted per each presenting author at maximum. If you wish to present more, please contact the organizer.
Deadline for submission of Abstracts is 16 May 2014
Abstracts must be written in English and should contain previously unpublished information. They will be submitted to peer-review by the scientific committee.
You will be informed until 15 June 2014 whether your Abstract is accepted. Accepted presentations will be integrated into oral or poster sessions, which will be arranged according to the number of accepted presentations per each topic. If the program for oral presentations is heavily subscribed, some submissions offering oral presentations may be given the option of presenting their material as a poster.
Please note that the title and author of accepted presentations will be listed in the program and will be published together with the Abstracts in the Conference book in dependence on the fact that the presenting author has been registered and the registration fee has been received by the organizers.
Complete the form and save as doc-file or docx-file. If you work with copy and paste, make sure that the format of the Abstract remains its original style: Font: Times New Roman, Font size 12 except 14 for the title, title in bold letters, Authors: full names, underlined in case of presenting author, contact e-mail in italics. Please indicate up to five keywords. The total length of Abstract should not exceed one page.
With the submission, you must register the title and up to two conference topics to which the presentation is most relevant before you upload the Abstract. You can decide by yourself whether you want to register also the addresses of your co-authors in the system, so that they will be included in the automatic notifications.
Please note that the indicated presenting author will be considered as corresponding author responsible for presentation of the talk or poster during the symposium.
