Oral Presentation Guidelines
Please note the following information in case you are giving an oral presentation:

  1. For their regular presentation speakers will be given 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. For special lectures, see the program.
  2. Please use a flash drive (USB) to carry your presentation and retain a backup file of your lecture. Your presentation should be in PowerPoint Version 2007 or higher. Please, adjust your paper to the wide-screen paper size of 16:9 as set in the .ppt-template to download. We suggest you to bring also a .pdf-file of your presentation.
  3. Please, check in at the registration desk when you arrive and, if possible, at least 24 hours prior to your lecture. This will enable us to load your presentation on laptops in time.
  4. Please, check in with the session moderator before the beginning of your session.

Poster Guidelines
Please take notice of the following guideline when you are presenting a poster:

  1. Posters should be in portrait format with a maximum size of 90 cm X 120 cm (36’’ X 48’’). Poster boards along with tools to mount your poster will be provided.
  2. Poster set up in the poster gallery should be finished before Tuesday 8:30 a.m.
  3. Posters should be on display for the entire symposium and authors are expected to be present at their poster during the official poster session.
  4. Please, take your poster down at the end of the symposium.
